I felt the urge to record what I had been discovering. I began by creating the Feelings Wheel, then the Control Wheel, and finally the Love & Evil Wheel. I developed these tools for myself, to help me in my journey.

 

They are very symbolic and so there is much more to these tools than what appears on the surface. My books on Amazon explain how to use them.  Or you can ask me how to use them.
